1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Runroyal social gaming platform and all associated content, including the game Luxor of Cleopatra (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. By using Runroyal, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we reserve the right to restrict access to anyone we reasonably believe to be underage. The Service is designed as adult entertainment and is not suitable for minors.

3. Nature of the Service

Runroyal is a free social gaming platform offered strictly for entertainment. The Service simulates slots and, in the future, other formats such as roulette-style wheels and card games. It is not gambling under applicable law: no real money is involved, no consideration of monetary value is required to play, and no prizes of monetary value are offered or awarded. All gameplay is conducted with virtual coins that have no real-world value.

4. Virtual Currency Policy

Virtual coins are a licensed, revocable feature of the Service provided for entertainment only. They are not a currency, credit, or property, and they hold no monetary value. Virtual coins cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, or any other item of value. We may adjust, expire, or reset virtual coin balances at any time. Any in-game "win" simply adds virtual coins to your balance and confers no legal or financial entitlement of any kind.

5. Accounts

Some features may require basic information to function. You are responsible for keeping any access details confidential and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service if you are under 18; (b) attempt to buy, sell, or exchange virtual coins for value; (c) interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service; (d) use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the games; (e) infringe the rights of others; or (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including game artwork, text, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Runroyal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Gameplay outcomes are simulated for entertainment and should not be interpreted as an indication of any real-world result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runroyal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service involves no real money and no items of monetary value, you acknowledge that you cannot suffer financial loss through gameplay.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
