The Longbox CD was a form of packaging that existed from the mid 1980’s to 1993 in America & Canada predominately. Generally considered a wasteful form of marketing a new CD in a cardboard or plastic box many were discarded. Now, they are a collector’s piece and getting harder by the day to find, especially sealed and intact.
